Notice to the Shareholders of Citizens Electric

In accordance with Article II, Section 3 of Citizens Electric Corporation’s By-laws, the 2011 Nominating Committee has prepared its list of director nominees to be elected at the Corporation’s 2011 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The director candidates are listed in the Nominating Committee’s Report.

There are 4 directorship terms expiring in 2011: two representing Ste. Genevieve/St. Francois counties and two representing Perry County.
