Board of Directors

The Board of Directors consists of 10 member/owners; four from Ste. Genevieve and St. Francois counties, four from Perry County, and two from Cape Girardeau County. The Board meets monthly at the corporation's headquarters in addition to an Annual Meeting of Members, where Directors are elected for three-year terms.
