Payment OptionsE-Bill is here!With E-Bill, you can receive an email as soon as your latest electric bill is calculated. A link on the email will take you directly to Online Bill Pay where you can view your electric bill at least a couple days before your neighbors receive theirs in the mail. To enroll in E-Bill and request a password, call (877) 876-3511 or email with your name, email address and account number. Pay OnlineYou can view and pay your Citizens Electric bill online by credit/debit card. Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted. When paying by credit card, your credit card statement will show the payment was made to Southeastern Data or SEDC, which is our third party credit card vendor. Auto PayAuto Pay is the most convenient way to pay. You'll save time and money by paying your bill automatically from your checking / savings account or by credit card. You will continue to receive a monthly statement approximately 21 days before the due date. The amount due will be deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit card on the due date, so your bill is always paid on time. Level PayThe Level Pay Plan evens out your electric charges year round by billing a rolling average of your most current 12 months. The Level Pay Plan is a variable Budget Billing without a "catch-up" month. Deferred Level PayYou are eligible to participate in the Level Pay Plan, if you have a zero balance. If you do not have a $0 balance you may want to consider our Deferred Level Pay Plan. Pay by PhoneCall 877-876-3511 to pay by phone using your credit/ debit card or from your checking account. Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted. Pay In Person or by MailA convenient reply envelope is enclosed with your monthly bill. The mailing address for bill payments is: Citizens Electric, P.O. Box 368, Perryville, MO 63775. Payments on disconnect notices should be made in person or sent to your local Citizens Electric office. Please allow adequate mailing time before the disconnect date. Local offices are located at:

Overnight Drop BoxDrop boxes are located at several locations for your convenience. No cash payments please. Be aware that your payment may not be applied to your account until the next business day. Drop Box Locations: Outside of all three District offices, Fruitland Amerimart and Commerce Bank in Farmington.
